Andrew Windsor’s Ex-Girlfriend Claims Jeffrey Epstein Is Alive and Says He Is in Israel

Lady Victoria Hervey, the former girlfriend of Prince Andrew, Duke of York, has claimed that Jeffrey Epstein is still alive, alleging that the disgraced financier orchestrated an elaborate escape from prison and fled to Israel.
Speaking during a radio interview with Tom Swarbrick on LBC, Hervey made the unexpected remark: “I don’t even think Jeffrey Epstein’s dead anymore, to be honest.” She suggested that Epstein may have been swapped out of prison through what is commonly referred to as the “trip van” theory — a conspiracy claim alleging that bodies were switched and that he was secretly transported out of the facility.
Epstein, who was awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges, was found dead in his cell on August 10, 2019, at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan, New York. Authorities ruled his death a suicide by hanging. However, the circumstances surrounding his death have fueled widespread conspiracy theories online ever since.
Hervey rejected the official account and referenced an email included in the so-called Epstein files, claiming that a prison guard who allegedly witnessed a “body swap” should be interviewed. She reiterated her belief that Epstein could be hiding in Israel.
She also noted that her name appears 23 times in the Epstein files, describing it as something of a badge of honor. According to Hervey, anyone not mentioned in the files would be “a bit of a loser,” arguing that Epstein “knew everybody that was very powerful.”
At the time of Epstein’s death, the U.S. Attorney General described the situation as a “perfect storm of screw-ups,” and disciplinary actions were taken against senior prison officials. Despite official findings, Epstein’s death continues to generate debate, particularly as additional documents and emails connected to his network are released.
